Sprinklr is hiring UX Research Interns to join its Product Design and Research team in Gurgaon. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students passionate about User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Product Design to gain hands-on experience working on AI-driven products and enterprise software.

As a UX Research Intern, you will collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and deliver insights that shape world-class digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and conducting user research studies.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and research sessions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data.
• Build user personas, user journey maps, and task analysis reports.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams.
• Support participant recruitment and research operations.
• Organize research documentation and internal repositories.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and actionable design recommendations.
• Perform competitor analysis and benchmark product usability.
• Identify usability issues and recommend UX improvements.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of UX Research fundamentals.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex research data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
