Position: Associate Software Engineer

ReliaQuest is looking for passionate Associate Software Engineers to join its engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with a passion for building scalable applications and solving complex technical challenges. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of software development experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software applications using Java and Spring Boot. Build and enhance applications based on a microservices architecture. Manage Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes. Perform code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency. Automate and optimize various stages of the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues. Support team members and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
