Ecolab is hiring Associate Software Engineers for its Bangalore office. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level professionals passionate about software development, enterprise integration, automation, cloud technologies, and operational support.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work on enterprise integration platforms, monitor production environments, automate operational tasks, resolve incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise integration platforms and ensure smooth system operations.
• Proactively identify performance issues and system failures.
• Handle L2 production incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Develop automation tools for monitoring, alerting, and ServiceNow ticket creation.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and health monitoring systems.
• Support software deployments and perform post-deployment validation.
• Follow Change Management and ITIL best practices.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Provide 24x7 operational support through rotational shifts.

Eligibility

• Strong programming and coding fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic scripting and automation knowledge.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of monitoring and incident management concepts.
• Good communication and technical documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
